Friday: A car pulls into the lot and parks. Nearby, people board a bus. Matt, a short trans male, gets out of the back of the car. Matt has a thin moustache. He unloads two suitcases out of the trunk. He is joined by an older couple who gets out of the front. This is Samuel and Juliette, Matt’s parents. Matt says it’s an adult summer camp. Samuel frowns. Matt says it's run by the guy who made 'Hairspray', the original movie. Juliette asks if Matt will be safe. Matt says "It’s safe. This camp is for people like me." Juliette wipes her eyes and tells Matt to have fun she guesses. Matt heads for the bus.

Matt sits near the back of the bus, behind a group of Jets Fans. The Jets Fans are loud and boisterous. They keep looking back at Matt and laughing. Matt avoids them and stares out the window. Mr. Walter Hand, the bus driver, looks at Matt in the rearview mirror. They ride in silence for a while. Then one of the Jets fans, Chad, turns to look at Matt and starts making fun of him. Mr. Hand tells them to cut it out. They try to defend their jokes. Karen says that Matt's the one that’s making them feel uncomfortable. Laughter from the Jets fans. Matt says all he's doing is existing. Chad says maybe Matt should exist somewhere else. Mr. Hand slams on the breaks. Chad is caught off guard and he smashes into the back of the seat above him. He tells the Jets fans to get off his bus. Chad, Karen and the other Jets fans stand on the side of the highway with their luggage. The bus drives away.

Matt sits up front now, close to Mr. Hand. He thanks Mr. Hand. Mr. Hand says there's no room for bigotry on his bus. Mr. Hand asks if Matt is going to the John Waters Camp. Matt says yeah and asks how’d he know that. Mr. Hand says he's been before. He recognized the destination Matt says that’s very cool.

The bus approaches the entrance to the campground. Across the street are group of protesters, members of Westboro Baptist Church. Matt flips them off as they go by. Mr. Hand laughs. He says someone should do something about these losers. Matt enthusiastically agrees. The bus drives down the road to the campgrounds. It passes a sign that reads “Camp Getaway.” The bus parks near the lodges, and everyone disembarks. Mr. Hand helps everyone get their luggage. Once the bus is unloaded, the campers thank Mr. Hand. Matt waits patiently until everyone else is done and thanks him. Mr. Hand says it was his pleasure. Us odd fellows need to look out for each other. He asks if he can give Matt a hug. Matt blushes and says of course. Mr. Hand hugs Matt. Matt stiffens, but warms slowly. Eventually the long hug ends. Mr. Hand tells Matt to stay true to himself. Don’t let anyone take that from him. Matt says he won’t. Mr. Hand gets aboard the bus. Matt waves goodbye.

Matt and the other campers from the bus stand in a group. Louise moves closer to Matt. Everyone’s luggage is piled to the side. In the distance, a calico cat walks by. Louise is super excited and fangirls out over Lillard. He's embarrassed. Lillard meets Matt. Lillard gives them a tour of the campgrounds. Then he shows the new campers to their quarters. Staffers bring the luggage to the cabins. Louise says "Bye, Matt. It was nice to meet you." Matt smiles and waves. Matt says "Yeah... you, too." Louise catches up to the group.

A group of campers walk down one of the established trails. They pass a sign that reads “A’maze’ing Adventure.”

The campers are led by a man, Corey, and a woman, Shasta. Corey says once we go into the maze they should split up. The other campers nod and murmur agreement. Corey tells Shasta to follow him. They enter the maze. Corey and Shasta take the first turn to the right. The others continue straight towards the center of the maze. Corey looks behind them and sees the coast is clear. He slips his arm around her waist and pulls her in for a kiss. Shasta giggles as she kisses back. He pushes her up against the maze wall and pulls her shirt up and starts to kiss her bare stomach. Shasta offers token resistance. Jason steps into the maze path behind them and stares at them. He holds a wooden spear with an iron tip. Shasta screams. This spurs Corey on. He kisses up her stomach toward her sports bra. He pulls it up and kisses the bottom of her breast. Shasta tells him to stop and beats on Corey’s back. Jason shoves the spear through Corey’s back. He chokes up blood. Jason pushes the spear through Corey an into Shasta. She screams. Jason pushes until the screams stop. He leaves the spear pinning the couple to the maze wall and walks away.

Elsewhere in the maze Mark and Stu wander aimlessly. Mark asks where they are. Stu says they’re lost. A few other campers follow at a distance. Jason steps in the pathway, blocking Mark and Stu. The other campers turn and run. Mark asks what he's supposed to be. Stu says he’s Jason Vorhees. Mark scoffs. Jason stabs Mark in the stomach with a butcher knife. Stu screams. Stu turns to run, but Jason catches him and stabs a knife into his back. The knife pokes through Stu’s chest as blood runs from his mouth. The camera changes to an aerial shot of the maze, rising higher and higher. It shows the dead bodies, campers running for the exit and Jason following them. If one looks closely, they can see staffers tending to the “dead” campers.

Matt walks into the cabin and looks around. He’s the last camper to arrive. The cabin has rustic chic country decor. There are six twin beds throughout the cabin, three on each side. Near the front are a couple, Brad, and Stacey. Near the back are siblings Jeff, and Linda, both are tall, athletic and stunningly attractive. Somewhere in the middle is Mike. Brad and Stacey step to greet Matt. Jeff and Linda move in closer to shake hands with Matt. Matt says he's Baltimore. Stacey says they’re from New York. Everyone else is from Boston. Jeff says he's here to express his feminine side in a safe environment. Mike says he's here to party. Stacey says they just love John Waters. Brad says he wants take advantage of the camp amenities. Linda says she's just here to relax and be beautiful. Matt sits down, in awe of his bunkmates.

Mike steps outside and lights a joint. Tabby the cat walks towards him. He reaches for the cat, trying to pet him. The cat yowls and scratches Mike’s arm. Mike recoils. He tries to kick the cat, but misses and falls down. The cat walks away. Mike picks his joint up and takes a toke.

Matt walks towards breakfast, following his bunkmates. Everywhere one looks are John Waters-themed decorations. Most commonly there are Pink Flamingos all over the place. Wherever there is space, John Waters movie posters are hung. There are stills from John Waters movies on every surface where a poster won’t fit. There are pictures of Divine, Mink Stole and other Dreamlanders everywhere. Mike notes that today is Friday the 13th. Matt asks if Friday the 13th ia one of those movies based on true events? Is Jason real?" Linda says no.

Breakfast is in the White Tent. Campers from all over camp enter. Matt’s bunkmates go inside. Matt follows, hesitantly.

The inside of the tent is filled with campers. Matt freezes, his introversion kicks in. Matt spots the bar and makes a beeline. Louise blocks his way and introduces herself. Louise asks if he wants a drink. Louise leads the rest of the way to the bar. Matt follows. Matt and Louise mingle and meet other campers, including Stephen Benson. Stephen says "I just hope there’s good music this weekend." Matt and Louise nod in agreement.

Matthew Lillard stands at the front of the tent. He taps a spoon to the glass holding his drink to get everyone’s attention. He introduces himself then the camp counselors: Johnny Knoxville, Mink Stole, Elizabeth Coffey, Debbie Harry, Colleen Ann Fitzpatrick/Vitamin C and Patty Hearst. Thunderous applause. Matthew Lillard tells them to feel free to talk to any of them throughout the weekend. They’ll be happy to answer any questions campers might have. Matthew Lillard greets the other counselors.

Several campers walk down the trail. They pass a sign that reads “Hiking Trail.” The campers are led by two outdoorsy bros, Nick and Tony. They walk faster than the others and soon separate from them. Nick looks down the trail behind them. Nick reaches in his backpack and pulls out a flask. Tony takes a sip and hands the flask back to Nick. Nick takes a sip and puts the flask back in his backpack. Jason Voorhees steps onto the trail, holding an axe. Nick sees him first. They think it's a tribute to Friday the 13th. Jason raises up the axe and brings it down, hitting Tony in the chest. He falls over dead. Jason steps on Tony so he can pull the axe free. Nick drops to his knees, cowering in fear. Jason raises the axe again, and buries it in Nick’s head. Nick’s body slumps to the ground as Jason watches. Jason walks away, leaving the axe behind.

Matt, Linda and Jeff return to the cabin. Matt is full. Jeff needs another drink. Matt does, too. They go inside.

Inside, Matt, Linda and Jeff split and head towards their bunks. Matt puts his suitcase on the bed and opens it. He pulls out a tux. He takes the jacket and vest and sets them on his bed. Matt heads toward the bathroom. Jeff starts applying his make-up.

Matt walks out of the bathroom, dressed in the tux, minus the jacket, vest and shoes. The rest of the bunkmates are back and compliment him. Everyone else is in some stage of putting on their costumes for dinner. Jeff is fully dressed up now. He has become Violet Fierce and looks more like a woman than many of the women at the camp. Brad and Stacey are dressed up as Cry-Baby and Allison from “Cry-Baby.” Linda is dressed like Wanda Woodward from “Cry-Baby.” Mike is dressed a Raymond Marble from “Pink Flamingos.”

The residents of Cabin Lake View #22 head towards the buffet tent. Mike, Brad and Stacey lead the way. Matt is last, nervous as they approach the tent.

Several campers walk down the trail. They pass a sign that reads “Adventure Base Camp.” The campers are led by to men, Ron and Dennis. These two are a little older than most campers and are a gay couple. Even while hiking, they’re a little touch-feely. They get in a jealous spat. Dennis speeds up and walks away from Ron. Ron tries to catch up. Ron is nearly running trying to catch up with Dennis. Dennis slows down to lets Ron catch up. They turn and continue to Adventure Base Camp. Jason steps in front of the men’s pathway, emerging from the forest. He holds a machete. Jason swipes the machete across the two men's stomachs, their insides fall to the ground. Another camper, Jennie, moves in their direction. She sees the dying men and screams. Jason whirls around and buries the machete in Jennie’s neck. The screaming stops. Other campers at Adventure Base Camp run from Jason in various directions.

Inside the tent, most campers are in costume. Feathers and lace are everywhere. Some, like Matt are in fancy dress. Others are in John Waters-themed T-shirts and shorts or jeans. Matt wears the tux. Jeff is dressed like Divine from “Pink Flamingos,” in the red fishtail dress. Brad, Stacey and Linda are in their “Cry-Baby” costumes. Mike is once again dressed like Raymond Marble. Throughout the tent, campers wear costumes from John Waters movies or more outrageous homemade costumes. Everyone sits down to eat dinner. John Waters enters the room to thunderous applause. Matthew Lillard does the introduction. John Waters gives a welcome speech. He sings the official camp song. He leads the crowd in giving three cheers. Tabby the cat walks through the room. The crowd gives him a standing ovation.

Matt and a group of campers head towards the Boat House. Music thumps through the walls and dancefloor light peek through the windows. Beyond the Boat House, various campers party on boats. Several campers stand in a circle outside the Boat House, smoking weed.

Inside the Boat House, a dance party rages on. Campers in costumes dance the night away. Currently they’re doing the Cupid Shuffle in unison. Matt, Jeff and Linda are among the dancers. Brad and Stacey watch. The song ends and Matthew Lillard takes the mic. He tells everyone they engaged in a big prank. The crowd is surprised and amused. Matthew Lillard says it's Friday the 13th and in honor of that trashy classic, they’ve had a fake Jason going around, fake killing campers. The crowd is shocked. Out walk Corey and Shasta, Mark and Stu, Tony and Nick, Ron, Dennis and Jennie. They’re all alive and well. They crowd gives them a standing ovation, more from relief than anything else. Matthew Lillard introduces special guest Kevin Bacon. Massive applause. Kevin Bacon comes out with a guitar, waving to the crowd. Kevin Bacon performs: "Tom Petty T-Shirt."

Closer to the lake, several campers run towards the water, stripping their clothes as they go. This is Sheri and Carlos. By the time they reach the water, they’re nude. They dive into the water. Carlos and Sheri nakedly splash each other, laughing the whole time. Sheri climbs into a raft. Carlos keeps swimming. Sheri lays on her stomach in the raft. Jason swims up beneath the raft and jams his knife through the raft and into Sheri’s stomach. He holds her in place with his other hand.

The blood from Sheri seeps down into the lake. We follow its progress down and down until it comes to rest on the hockey mask of the Real Jason Vorhees. His eyes open. Jason emerges from the lake. He sees Carlos swimming towards Sheri’s raft. Jason swims under the water and pulls Carlos under. The camera follows him under water. Carlos struggles to break free from Jason’s grip, but can’t. Carlos stops struggling. Carlos stops breathing. Jason moves away.

Brad and Stacey are hanging out drinking near the camp fire. Brad tells a joke. The bodies of Carlos and Sheri float towards the shore. Brad pulls out his phone and dials 911. The dispatcher says they’ll send the sheriff right away. He walks into the bullpen and points at two deputies, telling them to come with me. He walks out the front door. The deputies hurry and follow.

Vargas watches as the deputies put Sheri and Carlos’ remains into body bags. His look is grim. Vargas asks if anyone else missing. John Waters steps up and says there’s the fake Jason Vorhees, her name was Courtney. Vargas says "It’s ridiculous that you 0people are out here engaged in murderous pranks. It’s no wonder people got hurt." John Waters says "I don’t like what you’re insinuating." Vargas steps close to Waters, almost nose-to-nose. Vargas says "I don’t like you." Waters doesn’t back down. Eventually, Vargas does back down. Vargas asks how soon can he get everyone out of here. John Waters says that’s gonna be a logistical nightmare. The deputies have loaded the bodies into an ambulance. Vargas watches as the ambulance, then the deputy’s car, drive off. Vargas pulls out a pen and an interview pad. Vargas asks if Waters minds if he searches the camp and talk to potential witnesses. Waters frowns. John Waters says not if he promises to keep the harassment of the campers to a minimum. Vargas glares at Waters. Vargas says he won’t harass anyone who isn’t a murderer. He walks away. Waters stares after Vargas with a distasteful frown.

Jason walks behind the Boat House and takes a seat on a tree stump. He pulls off his mask to reveal Courtney. Tabby jumps out from the side of the building, startling Courtney. She lights a joint. She pets the cat, who purrs. Courtney says she didn’t mean to stab Sheri. It was supposed to be a fake, retractable knife. She takes another puff. Jason steps around the side of the Boat House. Tabby runs away. Jason glares at her. She stands up and tosses her joint away. She tries to leave, but Jason steps in her path. He shoves her against a nearby tree then slits her throat. She slumps to the ground. Jason walks away.

Kevin Bacon leaves the Boat House. He walks back to his car carrying his guitar. He says he's kill his agent. Jason steps around the side of the Boat House, startling Kevin. Jason glares at him. Jason snatches the guitar from Kevin’s hand. Jason smashes the guitar over Kevin Bacon’s head. Jason hits him again, breaking off the guitar at the neck. Jason looks at the jagged tip of the guitar’s neck. He stabs Kevin Bacon with it, killing him.

Sheriff Vargas searches the perimeter of the Boat House. Vargas says "If they weren’t playing games, nobody would’ve died!" He wanders behind the Boat House, away from the lake. The real Jason stands before him, machete in hand. Vargas starts, then realizes it must be the fake Jason. Jason lifts Vargas and throws him against the Boat House. Vargas is stunned. Jason looks around for his knife and finds it near Courtney’s corpse. He picks it up. Vargas scrambles to his feet and pulls out his gun. Jason stabs him in the throat. Vargas drops the gun as he falls to the ground.

The party in the Boat House continues. Now there’s karaoke. Mink Stole and Debbie Harry sit in the audience. Brad and Stacey sing a rendition of Elton John and Kiki Dee. The crowd dances along. They come off stage to thunderous applause. Linda asks if Matt's gonna sing. Matt waves her off. Louise says she put him and he's coming up soon. A camper finishes up “King Cry-Baby” and walks off the stage to massive cheers. It's Matt's turn. Matt offers a nervous smile and walks up to the KJ. Matt sings “Good Morning Baltimore.” The crowd dances and sings along. Matt is surprisingly good. Mike starts singing “Picture,” by Kid Rock and Sheryl Crow. He’s not good, but the song is worse. The dancefloor clears as everyone looks for a drink to drown out the sound. Dennis sings “Mack the Knife.” While he sings. He does a full strip-tease, ending up wearing only a G-string by the end of the song. He exits the stage to thunderous applause.

Matt, Brad and Stacey head back to their cabin. Stacey compliments Matt. Matt grins. They go inside.

Matt takes the tux off and gets in bed. Linda says they've got a killer on the loose. Mike says it’s all just a prank. 0He walks out of the cabin, slamming the door behind him. Matt walks towards the front door. Matt gets in bed and pulls the covers up.

A couple, Desmond and Dina are alone in their cabin. Dina lays back on the bed. Desmond climbs between her legs and starts going down on her. She moans as she gets into it. After a while, she stops feeling it. She looks down and it’s just Desmond’s severed head. His bloody body rests on the floor. Dina screams. Jason steps into her line of sight. She screams louder. Jason stabs her in the forehead. The screaming stops.

Two campers, Vincent and Amanda return to their cabin. They’re a little tipsy. Vincent puffs on a joint. Tabby the cat walks by, purring. The cat runs off. He grabs Amanda around the waist. He lifts and spins her. They both giggle. They go inside.

Vincent and Amanda walk into the cabin. They stop short. Amanda screams. She points to Desmond and Dina’s bloody corpses. Vincent takes one look and vomits. Vincent grabs a towel and wipes the vomit from his face. Amanda breaks into tears.

SUPER: Saturday. Matt asks if anyone knows what all the commotion was last night. Linda says maybe it was Mike. Brad pulls back the sheet from the bed, revealing Mike’s snoring form. He pulls the sheet back over Mike. The rest of the bunkmates head out the door.

The campers, many of them hung over, gather around the camp’s flagpole. A bar is set up to serve beer. Matt and his bunkmates don’t partake. John Waters stands underneath the flagpole. John Waters welcomes them. The campers cheer in response. John Waters says let’s get the morning started with the standard ceremonial raising of the bra. More cheers. John Waters pulls the line on the flagpole, raising an over-sized bra. The assembled campers cheer. Matt looks around. Matt asks it is him or are there fewer campers this morning. Everyone heads slowly towards the buffet tent. One of the campers smokes weed near Matt. She offers him the joint. He’s reluctant at first, but then caves and takes a toke. Matt passes the joint back. Matt smiles. He’s high. He’s a lightweight and it’s good stuff.

Matt and his bunkmates walk to the Buffet Tent. Matt is in the middle. They go inside the tent.

Inside the tent, there’s a buzz among the campers. Matt fills his plate, then takes an empty seat at a table with other campers. Also at the table are Corey and Shasta. Shasta says maybe Jason is real. Desmond says he was part of the prank. Nobody died. Jason isn’t real. Corey says they were also part of the prank. That’s not the same Jason. Matt’s freaked out by the fighting and turns toward Louise. Matt says he's heading to Bloody Mary Bingo. Louise says she's gonna relax on a raft in the lake. Louise notes that movies Jason doesn’t kill two people the same way, she assumes this works the same way. They head outside.

Down by the lake, Bloody Mary Bingo is in full swing. Tabby winds her way through the campers. Matt and his bunkmates head down to the lake. Matt follows behind Brad and Stacey. Bloody Mary Bingo is overflowing with people and drinks. A grillmaster prepares various meats on a grill. Campers ready their plates from the buffet tables. Matt fills a plate, getting a second one for Louise. They sit in the grass and start eating. Louise says that Jason's not just killing them, he’s trying to kill their solidarity, their community. Louise says tht means they somehow gotta come together even stronger. Matt starts thinking. Louise watches Matt’s wheels start to turn with admiration.

Louise floats on the raft, sipping from a tropical cocktail with a little umbrella. Stephen Benson wades in the water nearby, fiddling with a kayak. Jason emerges from underneath the water, with his machete raised. Louise screams. Stephen turns to see Jason approaching Louise and screams at him. Jason ignores him. Stephen throws the kayak oar at Jason, hitting him in the head. Jason turns towards Stephen and advances on him. Stephen tells Louise to run for it. Louise jumps out of the raft and swims to shore. Stephen punches Jason in the chest. It does no harm. Jason slashes Stephen across the face with his machete. Louise swims to safety. Jason turns toward the shore. Matt comes and grabs Louise. They run away from the lake. Matt asks if she's okay. Louise says he saved her. Matt escorts her to Cabin Lake view #22.

Up the hill from the beach, arts and crafts tables are set up in the field. Matt and Linda walk through the tables, browsing. Linda asks what they're looking for. Matt says nothing in particular. Just wasting time. They come across a table selling “enemy bracelets.” Linda says "enemy bracelets? I’m gonna need a lot of these." Matt laughs, but Linda is serious and buys a handful. Matt says look. Satanic Xmas decorations. Linda says a must have. Mike runs up to them, excited and says they’ve got a Baltimore Bar Hike! On the archery range. He starts off towards the archery range. They follow.

Matt, Mike and Linda approach the archery range. A bar is set up. Mike leads them directly to the bar. Mike asks for a round of shots. The bartender pours them three shots. They pick them up and toast. Mike says "To adult summer camp!" Linda says "To John Waters!" Matt says "To... uh... freedom!" Mike says "Damn right." They down the shots. Mike says "Hit me again." The bartender refills Mike’s shot glass. He quickly drains it. The bartender asks if he wants more. He looks towards Matt and Linda. Both shake their heads. Mike puts his shot glass in front of the bartender, who fills it again. Mike downs the shot. Linda tells him to slow down. Matt looks on with concern as Mike starts drinking the beer.

Matt and his bunkmates approach the Central Lodge. Matt trails only Brad. Matt says he wishes they would "tell us what’s going on." Matt says more and more people are going missing around here. Brad asks why don’t they do something more proactive. Matt engages in deep thinking, trying to figure out their problem. Brad says he doesn’t know what, but they can’t just sit around waiting to be murdered. The comment quiets everyone. Something’s going on behind Matt’s eyes.

Inside the lodge, John Waters sits at a table beneath crisscrossed canoe paddles. He signs a rubber fist sex toy for a camper. Matt and the bunkmates join the line. Matt holds a sharpie and the John Waters book “Make Trouble.” The camper at the front of the line steps up to John Waters. He asks John Waters to sign his penis. He's going to get it made into a tattoo. John Waters laughs. The camper whips out his penis. John Waters grabs a Sharpie and signs it. A man approaches Waters. He apologizes for the patch, he has pinkeye. The man asks John Waters to sign his plastic dog feces. Matt steps up to greet John Waters. He’s followed by Brad, Stacey, Linda, Violet and Mike. Matt melts inside and becomes speechless. He hands the book and Sharpie to John Waters. Linda says "You’ll have to excuse him, he’s new." John Waters laughs.

Matt leads Brad, Stacey, Violet and Linda walk back to the cabin. Tabby walks up and rubs on Matt’s legs, purring. He bends down to pet the cat. Matt and his bunkmates go inside.

Mike wanders away from the Central Lodge. He goes around the Info Pavilion and literally bumps into Jason, spilling his beer. Jason grabs Mike’s head and starts squeezing. Mike screams. He throws his beer and it bounces off Jason harmlessly. Jason keeps squeezing. Mike’s eyes pop out of their sockets and he stops screaming. Jason drops Mike to the ground and heads towards the lake.

The remaining bunkmates get dressed for dinner. Matt looks around, noting Mike still hasn’t returned. Stacey says maybe he’s sleeping it off somewhere. Matt checks Mike’s bed, but it’s empty. Matt frowns. Linda, Jeff, Brad and Stacey keep getting dressed.

People move listlessly toward the Buffet Tent. Matt trudges along with his bunkmates. They go inside. Two campers, Hallie and Roy, sneak away. Hallie and Roy head towards Mountain View Cabin #1. Roy puffs on a joint, then hands it to Hallie. Tabby walks by. Tabby meows then runs away. They grin as they go inside. Back in their cabin, Roy and Hallie lounge in bed, naked. Hallie climbs on top of Roy. They start having sex. It’s pretty hot for a straight couple. Jason stands over them, watching with curiosity. Eventually Hallie sees him and screams. Jason jams a steel pole through Roy’s back and into Hallie. The screaming stops. Jason watches them die.

Inside the tent, Matt sits with his bunkmates. They already have their breakfast. Linda, Jeff, Brad, Stacey and Louise sit around a table. Several of them nurse drinks. Matt asks if they should we still be partying. Louise asks what else are they gonna do. Linda says they could leave. Matt asks how, none of them drove here and the buses aren’t on site. They all go back to their drinks.

Matt leads his remaining bunkmates to the Boat House. Matt says if Jason is real, who else is real? Everyone considers the idea. They head into the Boat House.

The Boat House is packed with the remaining campers, all dressed in costumes. Matt and his bunkmates grab drinks and find a good spot to watch the costume contest. Jeff who is fully dressed as Violet Fierce speaks up. All of the bunkmates encourage Violet. Violet makes her way to the table. Sitting at the table is Vitamin C. Vitamin C hands Violet a pen and a clipboard. Violet fills it out. When she finishes, she returns to the bunkmates. Multiple Tracy Turnblads grace the stage. The crowd applauds them and all subsequent competitors. Two different attempts at Cry-Baby cross the stage with gelled hair and biker jackets. One a man, one a lesbian. A guy was dressed a life-sized Odorama scratch-and-sniff card from “Polyester.” A guy dressed as the pervert from “Desperate Living.” A woman dressed as Babs Johnson from “Pink Flamingos.” A woman dressed as Edith Massey’s character, Aunt Ida, from “Female Trouble,” complete with feathered sleeves, blacked-out teeth and a hook hand. Violet takes the stage. She passes by John Waters. John Waters says "Looking good!" John Waters says "The winner is Aunt Ida!" The crowd cheers louder as the camper dressed as Aunt Ida walks on stage, grinning. John Waters says "You look just like her!" The cheers continue.

John Waters sits on a stool on stage, holding a microphone. He performs a portion of his most recent one-man show.

Debbie Harry is the guest DJ for the “Hairspray”-themed dance party. Campers keep dancing as the song switches.

A bunch of campers are gathered around the camp fire. Some of them are toasting marshmallows so they can make s’more’s. The ingredients lay on a picnic blanket. Tabby weaves among the campers, getting petted by as many as possible. John Waters has joined the group, and most of the other celebrities are with him. John Waters says "Well, I’m out. Who wants to follow me to the Boat House for more drinks." A bunch of hands go up. He stands up and leads the campers towards the Boat House. Mark says they’re gonna stay behind. Mark lights a joint. Stu says they’ll meet up later. John Waters tells them to be safe. Mark lets out a huge puff of weed smoke and starts coughing. Stu takes a hit. Jason steps out of the darkness, holding a butcher knife. Stu exhales a big cloud of smoke. Jason stabs Mark in the stomach with a butcher knife. Stu doesn’t believe what he just saw, and he’s slow to react. He turns to run, but Jason grabs him. He slams the knife through Stu’s back. Stu gets a knife through his chest from behind. The joint falls to the ground and smolders.

Matt leads his bunkmates back the cabin. Linda smokes a cigarette. The others wait with her while she’s finishing. Stacey asks if they really think there’s a killer in the camp. Matt asks if anyone has seen Mike. Everyone shakes their heads or murmurs the negative. Matt asks if they think Jason got him. No one has an answer. They go inside.

Everyone gets ready for bed. Matt says he doesn’t feel safe in here. Linda says her neither." Stacey asks what they can do about it. They all get up. Stacey and Linda check the windows, making sure they are locked. Brad and Jeff barricade the door with two of the beds. Matt makes sure all the curtains are pulled tight. Brad and Jeff move the remaining beds to the back of the cabin, away from the door and windows. Everyone gets in the shared bed, except Matt. Matt turns off the light and gets in bed. He pulls the covers up tight.

Sunday: Matt leads the bunkmates towards the Buffet Tent. They go inside.

The bunkmates get breakfast from the buffet. Linda wonders if anyone else got killed during the night. Stacey says she hopes not. Matt says they all hope not. Matthew Lillard stands in front of the room, banging a wooden spoon on a metal trash can lid, getting everyone’s attention. Matthew Lillard says they have some announcements. Everyone gives him their full attention. Matthew Lillard says that for safety, please avoid going into the forest. And don’t go on any of the trails. And you should probably stay away from the water, too. Matt asks what are they staying safe from. Matthew Lillard says several campers have been victims of a serial killer. Those confirmed to be dead include Stu, Mark, Roy, Hallie, Mike, Stephen, Desmond, Dina, Courtney, Sheriff Vargas and Kevin Bacon. Campers make their way sadly out of the Buffet Tent.

This morning’s Bloody Mary Bingo is a somber affair. Matthew Lillard is calling the numbers. Tabby the cat walks by. People are getting really drunk, quietly. Most people aren’t even paying attention to bingo. Brad, Stacey, Linda and Jeff sit with Matt, nursing their Bloody Marys. The caller for the Bingo game is Johnny Knoxville. He pulls a ball from a hopper and reads it. Matt examines his Bingo card and marks off B-18 and says bingo. The crowd applauds tepidly.

A group of mostly women campers stands on the basketball court. Cat, a burlesque dancer, leads the class. Muted cheers from the crowd of campers. Cat says the first thing you have to do is love your skin. Cat strips down to panties and pasties. She starts smearing herself with peanut butter. Creamy. Jason steps onto the court holding a machete. He’s quiet, so no one notices at first. He looks on with curiosity. Eventually, someone spots him. The campers take off running in every direction. There are lots of screams. Jason chases after the campers closest to him. He slashes two of them, who fall dead. The other campers escape.

Matt and Linda stand in line at the Info Pavilion. Matt wants to get a John Waters screenplay I don’t have. Autographed. Linda looks around nervously and says are they sure it’s safe out here in the open. Matt says it’s not safe anywhere. Linda says they need to get out of here. Matt steps up to the front and speaks to the cashier, Bonnie, asking her for one of the autographed copies of the 'Pink Flamingos' screenplay." Bonnie says that’ll be $15. Matt reaches in his pocket for the cash. That’s when Jason attacks. He swings his machete and various campers who run and scream. Matt doesn’t see Jason, who is about to attack. Matthew Lillard dives at Jason’s legs, tripping him. He goes rolling down the hill. Matthew Lillard climbs to his feet. Jason lands in the swimming area of the lake. Campers scream as he rolls by. They take off running, looking for safety. Linda says good job, Matthew Lillard. Matthew Lillard says us Matts have to stick together. Matt grins. Linda says now, we need to get the hell out of here before Jason comes back. Matt and Linda head toward the Buffet Tent. Matthew Lillard follows. Jason makes his way out of the lake. He moves towards the campers that are still close to the lake. Jason slices several campers, killing them. The other campers get away.

Matt and Linda approach the Buffet Tent. Linda says that shit was crazy. Matt says they really need to get out of here. Linda looks around nervously. They go into the tent.

Matt and his bunkmates sit around a table, eating lunch. Matthew Lillard stands at the front, waving his hands to get everyone’s attention. Eventually it works. Camp staff announce the buses returning, but they’re running late because of thunderstorms. Jeff says they have a drag brunch while they wait. They do.

Several campers stand outside the Tent smoking weed. Other campers are inside eating. Jason steps around the corner of the tent, holding an axe. One of the campers sees him and screams. Campers flee from the tent. One of the weed smokers blows a big cloud of weed into Jason’s face. It’s good stuff, Jason gets a contact high. He stands dazed as everyone runs. John Waters tells everyone to follow him. John Waters runs towards Boulder Mountain. Jason stands dazed. Tabby rubs against Jason’s leg. He doesn’t notice.

The group hunches down behind Boulder Mountain. Staying quiet. Matt says "I have an idea. Jason is driven by us sinning, that’s why he kills, right?" John Waters says yes. Others nod in agreement. Matt says "So we have to overload his brain. He won’t be able to deal with it. What if we sinned so much we overload his brain and it like blows his mind or whatever." John Waters says it sounds like Matt's talking about an orgy." Matt says not just an orgy. There are seven deadly sins. We’ve got to commit as many of them as we can. Linda says except killing other people. John Waters says I’m in. Matt grins. Louise frowns.

The campers all gather around the outside of the lodges, where the buses should be. Louise says the buses are late. Louise starts to panic. Linda says there’s nothing they can do but wait. Everyone looks worried.

The Westboro Baptist Church Protesters are still gathered outside the entrance to Club Getaway. About a dozen of them are still gathered. They’re getting a bit bored as no campers have left in more than a day. Jason steps out of the woods holding the axe and stares at the campers. They scream. They start running in various directions, confusing Jason with options. He chases the closest woman and grabs her by the hair. She screams. He lets her go and smashes the axe into her head. He chases the others.

The campers are restless. Louise says they’re gonna have to run. Linda says they’ll never make it. Stacey says they’ll be picked off if they stay. John Waters says they could walk out. Get away from the camp. Just follow the road out. Jeff says "Let’s do it. I don’t want to be here another second." John Waters leads them down the road out of Club Getaway. The campers follow, having left most of their luggage behind. Jason steps into the road, holding an axe. He slices the closest camper’s head off. They campers all turn and run back to camp. Jason follows.

The campers run back to the camp. Matt and John Waters lead them. Brian asks what they're gonna do now. John Waters tells everybody to get inside the White Tent. They run towards the White Tent. Jason stalks after them. He catches one of the campers and buries the axe in the camper’s head. The axe gets stuck and it takes him a while to pull it free.

John Waters stands at the head of the tent and says they should put Matt’s plan into effect. If you’re straight, start fucking. If you’re gay, start fucking! If you’re a lesbian, start scissoring or whatever it is you do! Everybody take drugs! Everybody drink anything you can get your hands on! A camper asks even piss. John Waters says yes, even piss. Somebody start eating that cat’s shit. Let’s get filthy. A straight couple has sex. A gay couple has sex. A lesbian couple has sex. A group with mixed genders have group sex. People snort coke off a handheld mirror. People smoke weed. Someone eats cat shit. Someone unzips their pants and starts peeing. The camera cuts as someone kneels down to drink from the pee stream. Jason looks around, not sure who to look at or who to kill. His head explodes. The campers stop what they’re doing and cheer.

Everyone finishes packing up and heads out to wait for the buses. John Waters says the buses are on their way. Everybody pack everything you want to take home. So they can load up the buses as quickly as possible. Everyone disperses. The first bus pulls up and the campers cheer. The other buses follow. Mr. Hand steps off the first bus. People start boarding the buses. Tabby walks up and meows. Matt asks what about the cat. John Waters says free to a good home. Matt picks up the cat. Tabby purrs. Louise approaches Matt. She hands him a business card. Louise says she's in Baltimore and he should call her. Matt grins and says he will. She grins back. Tabby wiggles in an attempt to get down.

Mr. Hand stops the bus at the stop sign. He tells everyone to hold on tight. And stay calm no matter what they see outside. Matt and Louise exchange nervous looks. Mr. Hand turns the wheel and the bus turns onto the highway. The bus pulls out of the camp driveway. The other buses follow. Mr. Hand stares out at the murdered protesters. He tells the passengers not to look. Some avoid looking at the corpses of the protesters, others can’t help themselves.
